If you have Netscape 6 or 7+ you must download the NPFML32.DLL (TO DO THIS PRESS YOUR RIGHT BUTTON ON YOUR MOUSE ON THE NPFML32 LINK, AND SELECT SAVE AS NPFML32.DLL AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION:

1. Open the Windows Explorer, and go to "Program Files"
2. Scroll down to Netscape, or Netscape6
3. ***** if you find Netscape then click the folder and open it, you will find Netscape or Netscape 6 or 7
4. Open the Netscape folder and locate plugins
5. Save the NPFML32.DLL in the Plugins folder.

Now reboot your computer....and it should work fine.
